• We love the rec center. It's affordable for families. I love the restorative yoga classes with Mindy Sumsion. I'm also interested in meditation, sound baths, and tai chi. In cold weather I use the track for walking. My daughter loves swimming and goes on a weekly basis with cousins. I'm grateful to have these offerings.
