• I haven't attended Bill's since just before COVID, but he remembered me and welcomed me back. All the employees, from the instructors to the front desk crew to the cleaning staff live the motto, "you belong here." You are all awesome.

• Yes good prices for residents, and usually not too crowded, especially compared to other gyms

• It works for me for swimming laps. It's close to where I work it convenient to go to swim. But there are times during the week that the comp pool could be more user friendly to the lap swimmers.
