• I think the instructors are excellent in the Silver sneakers and Drumming class. But why don't we have the silver sneakers class on M-W-F instead of just 2 days a week? Seniors really need that third class!

• First, the facility is clean and have lots of room. Second, there's lots of available equipment to use. Third, the staff are friendly and I love their daycare they provide while I workout!
