• The teachers are so kind and encouraging. They challenge us appropriately and make everyone feel welcome, cultivating a class environment that the students encourage each other. They remind us that this is our workout, and to personally adapt as needed.

• I love all of the instructors. Renee is such a great teacher. Jackie subbed for her and was so fantastic too. I love that all instructors are so versatile and good that they can sub for each other and you know always that you are going to get a good workout. I love my regular teachers but I also love when we have a sub and learn something new.
