Because the young lady really cared about me and my comfort level and gave it her best! I believe she didn't feel good but she gave a good treatment in spite of that and with a good attitude I knew she was somewhat new to this part of the gym .. I had always seen her in reception at the downtown location There were a few oversights but she fixed them with good customer service I would recommend the gym and her for a technician .. Thank you
