Knowledgeable staff, professional and saw good results
I had gone to the northwest Bakersfield location for the first time for my last treatment and received a terrible treatment that lasted roughly 30-40 minutes even with an added on mask with only two of my choose 3 completed (and was still charged extra). I have adored every other visit I have had and I discussed the prior situation with Natalia during this current appointment at the downtown Bakersfield location as she was the one doing my service. She truly listened to me and gave me the best service I have had with Club Skin Gym (this says a lot because I have mainly been with Priscilla and Taylor C and they are fabulous). She was meticulous and took her time even when I was the last person there. I have and will continue to recommend the downtown location if Club Skin Gym. From the ladies at the front desk to the assistants in the back, these ladies are wonderful!
My skin always looks so much better afterwards.
