As a long-time client, I have confidence in the treatment procedures, and feel that specific treatments are recommended to me based on the needs of my particular skin. I appreciate that I receive skin treatment as opposed to just a "facial massage." The technicians are knowledgeable, professional, and always courteous, and the northwest location is convenient to my residence.
