She explained each thing she did and what it was going to do for my skin; I felt safe seeing all the precautions the staff took in regards to COVID prevention; and the staff was overall very kind and welcoming. This was my first time at this location and I was very happy with my experience
I like the young lady's who help me. They gave me good advice on what to do.
