My technician had excellent hands. She was very kind. She was very knowledgeable and I always love my experience there. The only thing I would change is the music.
Gal at counter didn't greet me, have me sign in etc. Just completely ignored me. I almost walked out. Thankfully my facialiast came out + got me 15 min later
