The clinician/provider listened to my concerns, suggested solutions, and explained why she thought the toner, collagen, and new machine will help me achieve my goals and help with my issues. I also appreciate that she respects my need for quiet time. I just love all of the staff! Everyone from the check-in process, the treatment, and the check-out process is EXCEPTIONAL!!
