Everyone was kind and friendly. The service was especially great, the environment was clean and inviting , and claim!
Great service, the workers are nice and friendly; no complaints there! However, I do feel like some of face trainers tend to be forgetful; such as in discounts, and not all on the same page product knowledge wise. I receive different instructions which simply confuse me. I wouldn't like to end up receiving possible false information. The face trainer rotation upon every visit makes me feel like I am not getting the best care for my skin needs. Preferably, I would like to be assigned to one personal face trainer upon my visits so that he/she is more likely to understand and better assist me with my skin goals instead of the confusion that can come from being assigned to different face trainers. Besides that, as I mentioned, the trainers are always nice and friendly which I appreciate and to top it off the interior is top notch. I feel luxurious simply being there and I do rather enjoy the facials provided! This would overall explain my rating score of a 9 for my experience thus far at club skin gym.
