Unfortunately, my session yesterday (12/7) didn't go smoothly.
The face-trainer equipment was uncooperative with the esthetician due to it being clogged or no crystals coming out which may have caused a distraction. As the esthetician may have been distracted, the only area suctioned was the right side of my cheek and not complete areas of my forehead and temporals. The passing was not consistent or following any pattern of movement with the face-trainer suction catheter. After the clogging was clear, she attempted to pass a few times on the right side of my cheek but the trainer clogged again. This was the moment when the esthetician decided to suction my arm several times to clear the clog. Shortly after the clog cleared, the esthetician passed under my left eyebrow a quick once-over of my left cheek. The face-trainer suctioning was complete as she turned off the machine. My only assumption was that maybe it clogged again? After requesting another complete "pass", the esthetician
either didn't hear me or disregarded the request and immediately placed the chemical peel on my chin and right side of cheek, not applying the peel on my forehead, complete left cheek or temporal areas. After the removal. I mentally checked out of the session as I felt it was a waste of the membership fee of $129. During the heat flash rejuvenation, she passed quickly as in a rushing momentum. Not allowing the flash to be consistent while remaining too far above or away from my areas of concern. This persuaded me decline the addition of my occasional collagen mask. I
