Staff was friendly and informative about my skin concerns. They make you feel welcome and very comfortable. Each step of the facial they would explain what they were doing and what benefits it brings to your skin.
My skin specialist was extremely thorough and always asked how everything was feeling as she did my routine which I very much appreciated. She did an excellent job!
