The sound system wasn't up to the "energy". The sound was distorted, I could only understand part of the instructions. Also, for the cool down, a better sound would have gone a long way in helping with the relaxation.

First off Echo's workout was KILLER!! Like it hurt SO good!! 2nd, Nina's welcome hug was so unexpected and so lovely I immediately felt at home. The other clients were also super welcoming too! I even got some nice compliments and encouragements after class which was a really nice change from other studios I've tried. From the cute decor, the fab music, to the awesome workout and the reminder to take care of myself, because I am important 🥰, this was one of the BEST studios I've been to!! I can't wait to come back!!
