Every single workout is a challenge. All of us like the feeling that we accomplished something after it's over and we compare the amount of sweat we put out doing the workout. Great camaraderie; we cheer each other on and celebrate the successes and milestones achieved. There is no other better, more challenging, user-friendly club anywhere in Arizona and beyond.
