I thought the music was good (sometimes it can be tacky at other places), the instructor had good energy and was fun, and it was a supportive environment where I felt comfortable to be new. The only thing I'd say that may deter me from recommending this to some people is the price. $30/class can add up pretty quick for people on a budget, however I understand businesses need to do what they need to do in order to run!

My first time at Club eNRG was just what I needed for my mind, body, and soul. Nina made my first experience amazing and I left feeling welcomed, proud of myself, and challenged as a first time mom getting back in shape. If you've been thinking about joining and something's been stopping you, this is your message and sign to join and try it out. I'm so glad I did and I can see myself working out here at least 3 days a week.
