It was an excellent experience. I was walking with a nice greeting the staff viewed my name. I think that was pretty cool. At first I was a little overwhelmed at first. The realization was excellent and I felt energized. Overall experience was excellent. Will recommend and will come back. I truly enjoyed the atmosphere.

My Cloud9 Float Spa experience was gratifying in multiple ways. Both Lynn and Tom were congenial, professional, and knowledgeable; the spa was aesthetically pleasing and spotless; and the before, during, and post-float experiences were top-notch. As I mentioned while there, I would start each day with a float if it were financially feasible. I would highly recommend Cloud9, and I'm looking forward to my next Cloud9 experience!
