This was my first Ashiatsu massage...Melissa was my therapist. She was very skilled, professional, friendly, and compassionate! I admire all the therapists at Cloud Nine who went through this extensive training to learn Ashiatsu; not many spas in this area are trained in Ashiatsu! The benefits are both physical as well as mental!! I will keep coming back to Cloud Nine, because IMO they have the BEST skilled, well-trained therapists around!! And I will be going online to give my reviews about my experience; as well as referring everyone I know to go and do this for themselves!! We often put 'self care' lower on our priority list; we tend to take care of others before taking care of ourselves. When, in actuality, it should be the other way around; if we don't take the best care of ourselves, we are not at our best SELF to be able to take care of those we love!!
