It has been extremely convenient scheduling an appointment with cloud nine. I unfortunately was running about 5 mins late from being in a work meeting and April didn't rush me, she was calming and understanding. She listened intently to my current situation and explained the difference between a CST session verses a massage. During my CST session she explained what she was doing and what she was feeling. I felt educated and comfortable with her direction and advice. I look forward to my next session with April!
