The facility is clean, warm, and inviting with lovely scents and relaxing music. They've accommodated me in the past when I had to reschedule multiple times. My massage therapist, Kathryn, is wonderful, and I always feel so much better after I leave because the range of motion in my neck and shoulders improves. I love Cloud Nine.
