• The staff are amazing at Cloud 9! The customer service is excellent from every single employee. The environment is warm and welcoming and just right for relaxation. I could easily see a medical massage therapist and have insurance cover the cost, but I just enjoy the atmosphere and the people of Cloud 9 so much, I don't mind spending a little extra money. I recommend it to all my friends if ever they want to treat themselves!
