• I had the signature massage & signature pedicure which were both very relaxing! While waiting on my pedicure, I had a complimentary chair massage which was great in between services!!

I always feel special and welcome, I have tried many of your services and have my hair done by Haley on a regular basis. I think the facial is probably my favorite but the chocolate scrub was nice too! I work very hard and this just feels like a great treat for myself, I recommend it to all my friends, its worth every dime! Thanks!!

• The ambiance of Cloud 9 is excellent and very soothing. As soon as you step in, you relax and forget the world outside. The service is friendly and very professional. The decor and all the amenities enhance the overall experience and I recommend that you arrive early to enjoy it to the fullest.

• I went in for an acne facial with Candace. She was great! I feel that my face was very soft and clean afterwards. She recommended a moisturizer that will help with oil and acne control, which I bought. I would recommend her to my family and friends if they were thinking about getting a facial done as well!

• I got there 10 min before I needed to be there and they had me back to get my hair trimmed, cleaned and styled at the time of my appointment and it was very relaxing. My stylist and the rest of the staff is very nice and are always ready to help you.
