• I was desperately over due for a cut, but hadn't had time to schedule anything. I found myself with some free time on a Saturday afternoon and on a whim called to see if anything was available at Cloud 9. There was! I couldn't believe it and I appreciate the accommodation. I was scheduled with Shannon and she gave me a great cut. I've been going to Cloud 9 for a few years, but my original stylist left a year or more ago and I haven't settled in with anyone else regularly. I plan to continue scheduling with Shannon from now on!
