• Alex and Hannah are very kind and listen very carefully. Alex gave me the perfect haircut I wanted and Hannah listened to my husband's request to not cut anything more than a trim. He was very pleased with the results and everyone loves my new haircut too.

• The only reason I didn't give a 10 is because I came in first for haircut (wash, dry, and style) for $45, because I was getting a keratin treatment later we did not wash hair yet I was still charged $45 for a 10 minute haircut
