• I searched several salons before choosing cloud 9 and it seems that everyone has turned into a "hair mill" in and out and has lost the experience of what getting a hair cut can bring individuals. Cloud 9 is focused on the customer not only with a hair cut but shampoo and conditioner and blow out treatment no matter if it's just a trim, you leave cloud 9 feeling your best!
