• I love the service I get from my aesthetician. However, the front desk staff seems to become more rude each time. Specifically, one lady with a bob haircut. She is either completely aloof or truly thinks she is above this station. She rarely smiles, has not offered a genuine greeting and is very abrupt. She was also shouting out my totals as she checked me out. She is just very off putting. I’m not sure if front desk is the place for her. Her customer service is very unsettling. Moreover, the handful of times I have interacted with her, she always appears to be training someone. I just think some more training on her interpersonal/customer skills could only benefit her.
