Dr. Ross is very personable and never pushes extra services on you in fact he is really careful about what you may have been thinking about getting, he gives you all the facts and possible side effects, which I feel most Dr.s would just do it for the $ and not take personal care of each individual. The front desk staff is amazing, they are very friendly and knowledgeable about procedures. I feel very comfortable and trusting with this clinic!
