A few reasons, after getting lost and frustrated, I arrived quite late for my scheduled appointment. Char went out of her way to get me in the next day. On the day of my procedure, she was very forthcoming with what I should expect, and answered all my questions. She built wonderful rapport with me, has excellent customer service and her work is amazing. I left Clinic Femina well informed about a procedure I knew little to nothing about and a satisfied, happy client.
