• The place is beautiful with a relaxing feel to it. Service provided by Eric was appropriately attentive and calming. The one thing missing from our experience was hot water. Not sure if the detox doesn't work with hot water, but if that is the case then I understand.

• There was a tiny amount of light that came through, the water was just a little bit colder than my skin temperature, and the lobby was a bit noisy. Other than that I enjoyed my time.
