Kelly and Victoria walked me through every step of the process, explaining all they would be doing, and made 100% sure that I would be pleased with the way my eyebrows would look after they were finished (through a process called "mapping" which outlines your desired eyebrow shape etc. and gives you an idea of what they will look like when finished). Not only am I in love with my new eyebrows but the experience I had at their salon was amazing! I HIGHLY recommend this spa!
