Flor never rushes her work. She is very attentive to detail and takes no shortcuts. She's a true pro. I gave her the 10, but as a longtime customer, I am very unhappy about your new billing policy and may make the decision to leave this salon because you now bill me for a blow dry even if I don't want one .
