• Really enjoy the UFC classes only feedback I would give is that now the gym no longer offers a towel service or sauna this should be reflected in the price as Woking has a number of new gyms opening which are much cheaper. Some equipment and changing rooms could do with freshened up

• Workout sessions are amazing and instructors are energetic. You don’t feel lost when you enter the gym. There’s always someone to help you out. I m particularly happy with boxing and kick boxing classes.
