• I have been a loyal customer of yours since back in the day when you were located by the COSTCO plaza. I would bring my father-in-law with me . He amazed everyone by his age of 102 yrs old . Sadly, he passed a few years ago at the age of 103. I am extremely pleased with the quality of my haircuts , the atmosphere in the salon, the friendly and accommodating staff that you always have. I can honestly say, I have never been disappointed with the haircuts . The prices have always been reasonable . I must say that I was taken back by such a sharp increase in price when I was there last week. I did anticipate a increase of some sort, considering all that you endured during the pandemic, as a First Responder, I certainly understand, I just didn't expect such a jump. Regardless, you will not be losing me as a customer, I am very comfortable and enjoy your professional staff. Thank you, welcome back!!!. John Butterweck
