• Shala is my usual esthetician but she had to leave suddenly to deal with a personal matter and rather than reschedule my service, salon staff recommend Jackie to fill in. She was wonderful! Jackie took time to discuss my expectations and offered advise for future actions and services to achieve my desired results. She was patient and very thorough as she explained each step during the service. I even learned a few make up tricks. I've been a customer of Shala's for many years (following her from her old salon). I highly recommend both Jackie and Shala if you are looking for personalized service. They are simply the best.
