Why did you become a hair stylist? 

My grandfather and two uncles were all hair dressers. I grew up surrounded by the beauty industry and always loved it. I found my passion within the beauty industry very young and have happily pursued it every since. My favorite part is making people feel good about themselves. I also love to connect with my clients and know what works for them and makes them happy. Doing people’s hair is more than just creating a hair style its the ability to transform people and make them feel really good about themselves. There is a power in this ability and how it makes people feel. I love this part.

What expertise do you bring to the table being from Brazil :

The climate is really harsh in Brazil for hair. There are also so many different hair types given all the mix of cultures we have. The harsh climate for hair with humidity, the beach, and variety of hair textures makes brazilians come up with a lot of innovative solutions for hair. I’ve learned from the best and brought these techniques to the US before anyone else in this area. I was one of the first people to get certified in the Brazilian blow out techniques here - as such I have always been real pioneer in cutting edge hair care solutions. I bring many more years of experience in this area than just about anyone doing these techniques. 

Im happy to bring my culture to the hair care industry as Brazilians are stylish and fashion forward making my culture the perfect foundation for success in the beauty industry.
