It was such a great class! The instructor created a fun, calming, insightful energy, and she gave great feedback on poses and gave adjustments which I thought was awesome in such a packed room! The class was appropriately challenging, and I felt strong in the moment and sore the next day. I will definitely be back!

I felt amazing during and after class. I can definitely feel the positive change in my body the following morning and slept very well. Will be adding this class to my regular routine for sure!

Despite being a beginner and needing to take a break in the middle of the movements, I didn't feel judged for falling behind. By the instructor or the other attendees. It felt like a non issue. And that was the thing I was most worried about going into the class, feeling judged harshly. And I didn't feel judged at all.
