The ambiance and vibe is perfect. From the lobby to the teachers the energy is felt and it's positive. Also I love the challenging aspect of classes yet the fact that teachers will always remind us to listen to our bodies which I appreciate because it's sometimes is overlooked especially in class setting when you may want to follow everyone else's lead.
