Everyone is so kind and inviting and inclusive. The teachers are great and you always have some type of event going on that we can choose to sign up for. Thanks also for the online classes. They are super helpful for those of us who need an early morning class before work and if we are unable to get to a weekend class. Thanks for it all!!

Friendly knowledgeable staff but most importantly a homey welcoming vibe that makes me look forward to coming back. Loved the 7 am class.. and loved that the shades were lifters towards the end to let the sun come in. I like to feel spiritually at peace after yoga and I definitely felt that here.
