Alice was absolutely wonderful--one of my favorite yoga classes I have attended in the Detroit Metro area. Her music taste was both soothing & bumpin'. Loved that she did a meditation about being one's true self! The addition of chimes, palo santo, and the lavender-infused cloths were fabulous. I've been to other classes in the past at Citizens and didn't feel like the studio was a good fit for my energy needs, but I'll definitely come back for Alice's classes! 10/10 yoga instructor! Love, love, loved it, and I already invited a friend and my girlfriend to join at some time. - Hope Doucet
