It’s so convenient to be able to participate in classes when I live 600 miles away in the upper peninsula! And I especially love the 6 AM and 7 AM classes which I couldn’t find anywhere else!

I am impressed with citizen yoga. Classes contain clear and interesting messaging. Teachers are friendly and helpful. And there is good cueing and alignment suggestions. And the flows are creative and motivating.
