I thought it was awesome, I loved the music, the helpful quotes and talk during the yoga, the poses were hard but not too hard, and the instructor was soo helpful getting g us in the correct positioning. It was great to have mats and "bricks" available also. I only said 9 and not 10 bc I've only gone x1 and I don't know a lot about yoga but I'll learn more as I go and be able to evaluate
