The tutelage of Citizen Yoga is mirrored into the students of the class. When the movements or positional postures get challenging, the energy and poise of the class helps each individual to increase their tolerance for completing the guided practice. I can't express enough how spectacular the atmosphere and yoga is at Citizen. This school with change your life. All you have to do is walk in the door. I've really enjoyed coming to CitizenYoga. I have very, very good things to say there's a strong sense of community, every instructor has been really nice, And I've tried a variation of classes. I only rate a nine instead of a 10 since there is a range in how interactive & helpful the instructor is and I am generally new to yoga
