The space is calming and the instructor welcomes you. There's no judgement ! The customer service was awesome
I really loved the class! The instructor was very friendly and welcoming. I thought Brandon's use of the wall was creative and refreshing. I would recommend a little more warming before a deep hip opening posture. I also didn't think the structure of the class matched the description of a "slow burn" online, which was fine but maybe worth noting. Overall a great experience. I'm a yoga teacher in Grand Rapids. Planning a move to Detroit within the year. 😊
