The class was challenging the instructor was great as well as the welcoming atmosphere.
Citizen yoga provides a community of yogis at all levels the ability to push their limits on the yoga mat. I like how each class can bring their own set of challenges that make me a better yogi.
I felt that the teacher was great at providing advice mid class, the areas focused on were everything I was looking for (hips and shoulders). The class felt very welcoming and I'm sure to join again sometime soon
