Room was clean, with spots set up to keep social distancing and class was great
Giustina uses her creativity to provide a safe space to tune in, explore your strength, and center yourself right where you are. Her vinyasa class is challenging, invigorating & fun! Moving my body outside with the class was exactly what I needed.
I don't remember the instructors name but she was extremely kind and welcoming. The postures were unique where i wasn't able to anticipate were i would be going next. I really appreciated that.
