Excellent teacher. The class was amazing and I felt restored afterwords. I will be attending Casey's classes more often! Facility is wonderful as well.
Good instruction nice venue
Casey miller's classes are always so fun and I get lost in the practice which is exactly what I need I like how she incorporates other forms of meditation like massaging pressure points among other things and just changes it up.
As I am rather new to yoga (yet am active, physically fit), the instructor was kind enough to assist me with some of the poses.
