I normally go to the royal oak studio. Casey's workshop was fun and just positivity all round! I really enjoyed it.
Teachers are top notch, classes feel so personalized and always trying out new flows. Cannot beat the abundance of class times, workshops and community aspect!
I love all of Catie's classes! Always a pleasure to get to practice with her. The studio is also lovely and I enjoy visiting it when I'm close to Detroit.
