Teacher was pleasant and encouraging if some of us couldn't get the balance of some poses, class had a great flow to it, overall atmosphere was great and I can feel the sense of community
It was my first time taking a yoga class. Very welcoming and amazing class. The front desk Laura I believe was very informative and super helpful. The yoga instructor was great as well
