I came here for my first ever yoga class and they made me feel super comfortable. The atmosphere is very chill and it was really easy to follow the class, plus the lights are dimmed low (I had an evening class) which made me feel more comfortable. Awesome group of people!
Really felt great after the session. Removed a lot of the stress and felt more mindful and ready for the rest of the day
