Environment was calming, welcoming and the workshop was the release I was looking for.
The studio is beautiful and Ryan at the front desk was very helpful and kind. The teacher was also great.
Lydia is awesome, this was my first class with her and I will be back! She gave clear instructions and helped guide the class with intention. She started us in poses that allowed us to find and connect with our breath before we worked into some of the more challenging, all while providing any support needed. The atmosphere was calm and welcoming, a great end to the day!
The Yin class was the perfect ending to a busy day. Soothing.
